Description
In 1985, during Nike's tour of Europe, Michael Jordan crashed the backboard with a monster dunk while wearing an orange, black and white uniform. To commemorate this moment and form, the Air Jordan 1 "Shattered Backboard" (also known as the "Shattered Backboard" 1.0) was released in 2015. Shortly thereafter, in the fall of 2016, the Air Jordan 1 'Shattered Backboard Away' (aka 'Reverse' and 'Shattered Backboard 2.0') was released. These sneakers retain the black laces and Nike branding, but swap out the orange toe box and black around the toe and tongue for white.
