As a result, Jordan Brand outfitted Smith with his own signature colorway of the Air Jordan 1. The shoe features a series of Sport Red black panels and Metallic Gold throughout the leather upper, with Varsity Purple stripes on the quarter panel. The Nike Sportswear tongue badge has been replaced with "LeRoy Smith" and a tonal print on the upper reads "motivize, pulverize, realize" in honor of the memorable occasion.
