Nike Air Jordan 8 Retro "Playoff" 2013 is a retro reissue of the sneakers that Michael Jordan wore during the 6th 1st game of the 1993 NBA Finals against the Phoenix Suns. The victory clinched Michael Jordan and the Bulls' first three-time NBA championship and earned Jordan his third consecutive Finals MVP title. Staying true to the original design, the "Playoff" features a Black nubuck suede upper with White, Black and True Red graphic overlays on the ankles. The most noticeable difference between the 1993 model and the 2013 retro is the red heel overlay found on the OG '93, which has been replaced with black on the 2013 retro.
