Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 SP "Heavy" Heavy" features a mixed-material upper inspired by late '60s counterculture. The Boston-based retailer is updating the sneaker with a blue denim upper and a leather forefoot overlay, the latter a nod to the dairy farm in Bethel, New York, home of the Woodstock music festival. Reflecting the fashion of the time, the interior is lined in brown corduroy, the mudguard features a tiger camo print, and the collar and heel overlay feature a variety of bandana prints. Woven tongues with dual Nike and Concepts branding complete the silhouette, while mismatched Swooshes feature a floral or stripe design. The unique mud splash pattern on the sole brings to mind a concert in the park.
