Designed by David Racey, who later founded BrandBlack, the 1996 Fila Grant Hill 2 was Grant Hill's second signature sneaker. In 2013, a retro version was called the 96 'Grant Hill', but remained true to the style of the original. This version features a leather upper with patent leather trim. In addition, it features the classic Fila branding.
