Orange County clothing brand Triumvir, Beijing and Shanghai skate shop Fly streetwear and Nike SB joined forces in 2009 to create Dunk Mid Elite SB "Beijing Triumvir X Fly" models. Inspired by Beijing, the mid-top features a black tumbled leather upper with a patterned gray panel on the heel, white on the toe, and red and gold accents to symbolize good luck and prosperity. Other unique elements include the phrase "ride Tiananmen Square" on the inner lining and graphics on the insole that combine the Chinese flystreetwear coin logo and the Triumvir "3" logo.
