The Nike Air Max 97 SE "Safari" Women's Shoe features a signature pattern that debuted worldwide in 1987, predating the retro sneaker by exactly a decade. Tinker Hatfield's iconic Safari print brings life to the leather upper with wavy synthetic overlays and a black rubber mudguard with debossed Nike Swoosh branding. Reflective rope cords threaded through metal eyelets provide added visibility in low-light conditions. The sneakers sit atop a polyurethane midsole with a visible Max Air unit that runs the entire length of the rubber outsole.
